By using Malin’s Hijab you agree that you are the one exclusively responsible for your communication and activities on this site. It is forbidden to interact disrespectfully with other users or in any other way violating the Terms and Conditions of this site.
No insulting language to be used on this site or in other communication toward Malin’s Hijab staff or other users.
Malin’s Hijab reserves the right to refuse access to the website, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Reservation
Please take note that, there is no reservation for Pre-Order items.
Ready stock item will be reserved for 36 hours ONLY. After that, all reservations without payment will be cancelled. 1st come 1st Serve basis.
Malin’s Hijab will reply your email order/enquiry as soon as possible 24/7 except Malaysia and Singapore public holidays. Upon confirmation, Malin’s Hijab will indicate the total payments to be made and banking details in the replied email.
Payment
For ready stock/in stock items:
Please make payment within 36hours after confirmation. Once the payment has cleared, your orders will be processed.
For Pre-Order Items:
Please deposit 50% of the total purchase amount, within 24hours after confirmation. Once the payment has cleared, your orders will be processed.

Proof of Payment
For cimb clicks user:
Please choose payment EMAIL notification alert and insert mhijab@malinsventures.com and your bank will send us email notification. It is also COMPULSORY to attach/scan print screen of successful transaction. Replying our email, DO NOT compose new email.
M2u/IBG user:
Whether you put our email address or not, it is also COMPULSORY to attach/scan print screen of successful transaction. Replying our email, DO NOT compose new email.
Those who Transfer/Bank In via CDM (Cash Deposit Machine):
Please snap a picture of receipt / scan receipt and attach to email. Replying our email, DO NOT compose new email.
Postage
The price is all including postage cost, except for Sabah , Sarawak, Brunei and Singapore, additional posting cost will be borne by customer.
For your additional info, Malin’s Hijab will be using Pos Laju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM7 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM10 for first 500g and RM5 for next 250g. Malin’s Hijab will rounded the cost figures to the nearest figures : emp: RM6.51 ~ rounded to RM7.00, RM6.49 ~ rounded to RM6.00.
For ready stock/in stock items, please allow Malin’s Hijab.com 2 – 3 business days to ship out the items once the order is confirm.
For Pre-Order Items, please allow us 10 – 14 business days for the items to be delivered as the items ordered from abroad. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Additional Information.
No refund after payment has been made unless items ordered are out of stock.
No exchange/return after payment has been made and confirmed.
Items couriered covered by insurance govern by Pos Laju Malaysia term and condition and limit of their liability.
Malin’s Hijab will not be held responsible for any item(s) damaged/lost during postage. In case of stolen during transit, Malin’s Hijab will provide AWB tracking number if requested by customer for claim. Tracing and claim process to be done by the customer thru Pos Laju. Malin’s Hijab not to be held responsible for this services.
Due to screen resolutions, the color may differ from the actual item.
